Project SALT believes community support should show up in practical, joyful ways — and this summer, that support is helping local families beat the heat.
Thanks to the success of Gilly’s Day of Giving, proceeds from the event are helping sponsor free family swim nights at the Wickenburg Town Pool.
The program gives families a chance to cool off, spend time together, and enjoy a safe summer activity without worrying about the cost.
Free Family Swim Nights take place Wednesday nights from 7 PM to 9 PM at the Wickenburg Town Pool.
For families in Wickenburg, especially during the hottest months of the year, access to the pool is more than recreation. It is a chance to get outside, make memories, cool down, and enjoy a simple evening together.
Gilly’s Day of Giving was created with that kind of impact in mind. The event brought people together to support Project SALT and helped turn community generosity into something local families can experience directly.
This is what Project SALT means by neighbor helping neighbor.
From food boxes and sack lunches to hydration support, clothing, emergency relief, and family programs like this, Project SALT continues to find ways to serve Wickenburg-area neighbors with dignity, compassion, and care.
Bring the family. Beat the heat. Make a splash.
